Important Scope of Services & Regulatory Disclosure
Diamond Capital Solutions LLC is an independent business management consulting and financial-readiness advisory firm. Diamond Capital Solutions is NOT a bank, lender, loan broker, depository institution, direct capital provider, certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), or government agency. DCS does not provide credit repair, credit sweeps, or debt settlement services. Financing decisions are made independently by third-party lenders, CDFIs, or capital providers according to their own underwriting requirements. DCS does not control lender approval decisions and does not guarantee financing approval, loan amounts, credit limits, interest rates, terms, funding timelines, credit-score increases, or credit-repair outcomes.
1. Consulting Relationship
Engagements with Diamond Capital Solutions constitute a business advisory and educational consulting relationship. Our role is strictly limited to helping entrepreneurs review business organization, analyze financial statements, formalize documentation, identify operational bottlenecks, and formulate growth and funding-readiness strategies.
2. No Guarantee of Funding or Loan Approval
Diamond Capital Solutions does not guarantee that any client will be approved for commercial credit, bank financing, SBA loans, lines of credit, grants, or any other form of capital.
All lending decisions, underwriting criteria, credit limits, interest rates, terms, and approval conditions rest solely with independent, third-party licensed financial institutions, banks, CDFIs, and investors.
3. Accuracy of Client Documentation
Clients agree that all financial records, tax returns, banking statements, and business documentation submitted during consulting reviews are genuine, accurate, and lawfully obtained. Diamond Capital Solutions strictly prohibits and does not assist in the creation of altered, fictitious, or misleading business or personal records.
4. Professional & Independent Advice
Materials and discussions provided by DCS do not constitute certified legal, tax, or official public accounting advice. Clients are encouraged to consult certified public accountants (CPAs) and licensed legal counsel for formal legal and tax opinions.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description
